◾ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Research and develop quantitative strate
◾ JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduates from QS Top100 colleges and universities, with a master's degree or above, or particularly outstanding undergraduates, majoring in science and engineering, and those with quantitative strategy work or internship experience are preferred.
2. Applicants with a solid foundation in mathematics, excellent research capabilities, and those who have published high-level academic papers will be given priority.
3. Be proficient in at least one programming language.
4. Good sense of innovation, logical thinking ability, data analysis ability, communication and coordination ability, teamwork ability and rapid learning ability, diligent, practical and eager to learn, and able to withstand a certain degree of work intensity.
Data R&D Engineer
◾ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Participate in the collection, processing, and cleaning of original text data from various channels, including but not limited to web page data, e-book data, etc.
2.Work closely with the large model algorithm team, data collection team, and distributed training engineering team to establish the data system iteration process
3.Establish a data quality assessment method for large models to continuously improve data quality, diversity, security, and usefulness
◾ JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in processing business data such as search, recommendation, advertising, etc.
2. Candidates with experience in large-scale Chinese webpage data collection and cleaning will be given priority
3. Candidates with experience in text data set construction and data quality management will be given priority

3. Keep up with the forefront of the field and promote basic research
◾ JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Proficient in machine learning (deep learning) and possessing innovative research capabilities.
2. Excellent programming skills, proficient in at least two programming languages, and proficient in Tensorflow/Pytorch.
3. Have rich research results and publish relevant papers in top international conferences or journals (including but not limited to NIPS, ICML, CVPR, COLT).
4. Priority will be given to those who have achieved outstanding results in well-known competitions in the field.
